We are grateful to announce the road work has been completed on our corner! Both Grand Avenue and 18th Street are now two-way roads that offer on-street parking.
Now that our corner is fully accessible again, you may be wondering how to use to new parking system.
Option 1: Pay using the ParkDSM app
50¢/hour on Grand and 18th Street. Card payments only.
Download the app on your smart phone
Provide your license plate number and billing information to get set up. It will be saved to your account thereafter.
Park next to a numbered plaque
Follow the instructions in the app
Option 2: Pay at the pay station (on location)
25¢/hour on Grand and 18th Street. Card or coin accepted.

Enter your parking place number in the kiosk
Follow the instructions on the screen
Free street parking is also available one block north on Ingersoll Avenue.
